Dr. Saigal joined the CFACP family as an adult, child & adolescent psychiatrist. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency at St. Louis University and subsequently trained at the University of South Florida for her Child and Adolescent Fellowship.
Dr. Saigal was born and raised in Norway and has had the unique experience of practicing psychiatry both in Europe and the United States. Having lived in several countries, understanding and learning from a variety of cultures has been a constant theme in her life. Working with children and families inspires her to be creative, adapt her communication skills, and analyze problems from a multidisciplinary and multicultural perspective. She enjoys working with both adults and children with a wide variety of illnesses- including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, mood disorders and anxiety.
She strongly believes in a holistic approach to improve her patients’ lives and is passionate about making a positive impact on her patients, their families and those around her. As a dual Board Certified Psychiatrist- her training, credentials and experience reflect her commitment to meet the highest standards of clinical care for her patients.
Dr. Saigal’s personal interests include traveling and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Saigal is fluent in English, Norwegian and Hindi.
