On Saturday, June 20th we took the morning to walk for mental health.  We participated in NAMI's virtual walk in Greater Orlando. It was a beautiful morning to celebrate how far we've come.  We walked to support our patients and our community.  We walked because we still have a long way to go to end the stigma that surrounds mental health. If you know someone struggling, show support, listen and help them know that they're not alone. Be the reason someone feels seen, heard and supported. If you or someone you know needs help, please call us or visit us online at http://cfapsyc.com
